- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for executive IT needs, ensuring efficient service and resolving all technical issues. Executive staff - desktop and mobile devices and associated applications, AV equipment, etc.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing executives regarding access, accounts, devices, etc.
- Assist executives with adoption and proficient use of new technologies and applications.
- Actively work with IT departments to manage all executive IT support needs.
- Maintain executive technology inventory and requisition new equipment as required.
- Arrange repairs or replacements for executive technology through vendors as needed.
- Develop and maintain reference documentation for procedures, security protocols, and resources.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify, test and resolve potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support offsite executive needs, such as travel, conferences, meetings, etc.
- Proactively test and perform health checks on Audio/Video (AV) systems in various conference and meeting rooms used by the Executive and the Executive Assistants.
- Recommend and manage all hardware upgrades required to support Executive team members
- Attend Executive Assistant weekly meetings to proactively plan for upcoming important events
- Provide remote and periodic on-site support outside business hours to the Executive and the Executive Assistants for technology issues.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience providing desk side and audio-visual technical support in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 solutions and Windows 10
- Knowledge of AV support, including Teams, WebEx and Zoom.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory Groups, Organization Units, and Credentials
- Experience providing mobility support (iPads, iPhone).
- Customer service orientation with superior interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- The ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in ways that can easily be understood.
- Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience resolving incidents and fulfilling requests in ServiceNow

The opportunity
Our Information Services team is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and we are expanding our presence in Calgary to support our Executive Leadership Team.
We are seeking an Executive IS Support Specialist who has knowledge and experience in providing high-level technical and administrative support to the executive leadership team and their executive assistants/coordinators.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing all executive IT needs, ensuring efficient service and resolving all technical issues. The role requires full time physical presence in the office - 5 days per week - and requires on-call availability.
