    Description
    PaintScout is an industry-leading estimation and sales management software for painting contractors. Our small but mighty team of eleven is based in Calgary, AB, and serves painting contractors throughout North America.


    Role:
    Client Support Specialist


    Location:
    Calgary, Alberta (In-office role, with flexibility for some remote work)

    Help customers understand the features and services available through the PaintScout platform.
    Engage with customers through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and video, meeting them on their preferred platform.
    Offer long-term solutions and support by escalating bugs and product issues.
    Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.

    You have experience in a customer-facing role and are skilled at delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    You are tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and support tools.
    Any experience in the painting industry is a valuable asset.
