Physical Intelligence - Day 52

Physical Intelligence - Day 52

Day 52 Physical

Intelligence

Whether it is year-on-year or 50+ days in, the desire to engage physical fitness has not yet risen to the level of lifestyle choice.  I am still highly linear about physical fitness desire, when the words I write are about establishing a dynamic physical intelligence.  I can call on last years words as a reminder that the more I treat physical fitness as an aversion, the more I remain stagnant in my approach.

While being conservative and engaging safety is wise, there is level of risk aversion which is dangerous to success.  The same goes with exercise aversion, but here aversion is a risk.  The way to look at physical intelligence is the way an Insurance person looks at premium, to be at premium health one should expect to pay less for the cost of insurance, but in the realm of physical intelligence it seems not to work that way.

It was difficult to locate a correlation between being fitter and paying less health insurance. I assume health insurers will be mindful that those who exercise may incur injuries while exercising, because that is the only explanation of finding the more common route is persuading obese people to pay less insurance if they agree to a pedometer and a weight loss program.
