The Shortest Long Format Post I Have Ever Written

ab703d5c.pngOne of the most important things to know about blogging besides deciding what you want to write about is knowing when you don't feel like writing anything or when other things in your life should take precedence.
We are in the process of emptying out a big part of our basement so our renovator can start tearing it right back to the studs and rebuild it. This all starts on Tuesday.
Being a bit obsessive compulsive about it, we are almost done. But not quite. That's what today is all about for us.
The other thing is that I am getting involved in doing some article writing for a local publication and working with a small group of entrepreneurs to create a new ebook on small business.
Since I only have so much bandwidth,  I have decided to temporarily cut the frequency of my original posting by a factor of 50%, which means about two to three times a week.
I will supplement that with re-posts of older, relevant posts (no Trump shit, I promise) for all the new bees as they join the various hives, and will still do my pro-eeBee meme and article posting over in the Even Lumpier Kingdom.
This is actually a course of action I hope will trigger the old 'absence makes the heart grow fonder' mechanism in my readers' minds.
So there you have it. Today, we are relocating the downstairs TV to my wife's office, because a man needs a place to watch his sports and there are a lot of gizmos to attach to my TV to make my viewing experience world class.
Have a great weekend everybody. To quote Arnie in the Terminator...."I'll be back".

Actually I am just going to be working on a special project with a friend. My builders just come and do their thing. My just is staying out of the way. I'm not going anywhere, just writing fewer original posts for probably the summer. Thanks for the kinds words though Michael O'Neil
