    Description

    Be part of our Information & Technology (I&T) team, a critical piece of the engine that keeps us in motion.

    From enterprise architecture to operational technology, our teams use the agile methodology to automate and digitize our railroad ensuring our operations run optimally and safely and our employees can focus on value-added tasks.

    The successful candidate will be responsible to lead and to create technical design, develop and unit test SAP-based solutions following best practices and architecture principles as per departmental standards.

    This role may apply in either a project, enhancement or support environment, depending on the assignment.
    Govern SAP developments for projects and support.
    Implement (code, build, deploy and test) SAP-based solutions following established practices.
    Contribute to technical blueprints/designs and support deliverables while following practices and standards in place.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system, engineering, or equivalent related project experience
    5-7 years of experience in SAP and development
    Proficient in development practices and proven methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
    Ability to produce detailed technical documents.
    Experience with SAP Cloud Integration Suite (SAP CI)
    Experience with testing practices, frameworks, and tools
    Experience with enterprise proxies/proxy objects and message monitoring
    Experience with performance optimization
    Functional/technical proficiency with large full life cycle SAP projects
    Experience with Agile methodologies
    Ability to work both individually and within a scrum team.
    Frontend Development experience
    SAP Gateway Administration
    Sap Gateway Development
    Experience in SAP XI PI
    Knowledge of SAP GEF (Geographical Enablement Framework)
    SAP Functional knowledge on HR, FI, PM, MM and TM
