- 1 + years of experience in Human Resource positions.
- Experience with ATS, Social Media, Linked In, and Indeed tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
- Comfortable with technology and open to new learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a P&C Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting various P&C functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment assistance, and various projects pertaining to the operational success of the hotel. Your ability to balance optimal results around employee engagement and the efficient operations of the hotel, will be the ultimate measure of success. Working Conditions
As a P&C Coordinator, you will spend the majority of the time working business hours Monday to Friday. However, you may also experience long days and/or weekends to meet periodic upturns in business demands or meet deadlines in heavy recruiting seasons. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of interaction with candidates, employees, business partners, and stakeholders.
