We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Production team, supporting the team's day-to-day operations and contributing to our success.

    Job Overview

    As a Marketing Coordinator within our Production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our department. You will provide marketing support, project management assistance, and stakeholder management. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for learning project management and marketing skills.

    Role Accountabilities

    • Assist in managing day-to-day production tasks, including evaluation of incoming work requests, building workflows, coordinating resources, and maintaining templates, files and records.
    • Help apply brand guidelines, marketing strategies and tactics to production work
    • Collaborate with the Production team lead to update content on digital platforms.
    • Connect with stakeholders to understand requests, communicate recommendations and timelines, and to gain approvals; ultimately ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brand.
    • Support coordination with external vendors on delivering printed materials, uploading marketing on demand templates and managing our internal merchandise store.
    • Assist the production team to help identify improvement opportunities and to understand effectiveness through listening, analysis and reporting.
    • Helps prepare reports, track KPIs and analyze production team data under the direction of the Production Team Lead
    • Support budget management activities when needed, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or Project manager
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
    • Experience with JIRA work management is an asset.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
    • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
    • Proficient critical thinking and problem solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
