    At Sunrise, our Care Manager plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch care and services to a dedicated group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
    • Notify management of any changes in condition
    • Assist residents in life skills and enrichment activities
    • Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans
    • Ensure residents' well-being and safety during the shift
    • Respond to dining needs with Sunrise hospitality standards
    • Encourage residents in enriching activities
    • Comply with safety regulations and Risk Management programs
    • Commit to serving residents through our Principles of Service

    This is a Full-Time position: Fridays & Saturdays 6am - 2pm, Sundays & Mondays 2pm - 10pm

    New grads are welcome to apply.

    Benefits include Extended Health Package and RRSP package with 3% matching.



    Qualifications:

    • Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service
    • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
    • High School diploma/GED required
    • Relevant certifications and experience in senior care preferred
    • Effective communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to make decisions in residents' best interest
