- Coordinate onboarding with managers.
- Analyze a portion of training requirements, organize events, and follow training schedules.
- Coach managers on the employee experience.
- Manage the HR portion of the ISO certification.
- Manage competency profiles.
- Prepare HR documentation (disciplinary, terminations, communications...)
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare statistics.

- College or university degree in HR
- 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
- Experience in non-union and union environments
- Knowledge of Labor Laws in Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
- Professional HR title is an asset.
