    Description

    What You Will Do:

    Position Impact

    The Proposal Manager supports business lines to achieve goals in Gannett Fleming's strategic plan by leading business development efforts.

    This opportunity is based in our Toronto office.

    The Work You'll Do

    Proposals

    • Able to lead at least 2 complex proposals concurrently with other smaller proposals, as required
    • Leads high priority proposals, supervising individual staff supporting the proposal
    • Supports interview teams, prepares presentation materials, and coordinates interview content
    • Develops content for presentations and coaches interview teams
    • Enters and tracks opportunities and proposals in CRM

    Capture Planning

    • Provides capture plan support for complex pursuits, facilitates workshops, and assists with positioning tasks
    • Coordinates with Business Line Leaders, performs gap analysis, and conducts targeted research
    • Liaises with MARCOM staff during capture planning
    • Proficient with capture planning activities and keeps CRM documentation updated

    Client Management

    • Coordinates client management activities, facilitates meetings, and defines support needs with oversight
    • Assists with client management for Tier 1 Clients and ensures CRM documentation compliance

    Education | Experience:

    The Qualifications You'll Need

    • Requirements: 4-year degree in English, marketing, or related field
    • 8-10 years of experience in leading AEC proposals and presentations
    • Demonstrated success in leading proposals for agencies in the Greater Toronto area
    • Proficiency in capture planning and experience in core service areas
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • 2-3 years of proposal interview leadership experience

    Employment Status: Full-Time

    Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
