    MISSION

    The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for accounting administration and payroll administrative duties. The accounting responsibilities include day-to-day data entry and assisting with the accounts payable administration.

    PRIORITIES

    • Support the team with the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables function, including but not limited to maintaining vendor records and posting invoices.
    • Prepare remittances on a bi-weekly / monthly basis.
    • Provide back up to Accounting for auditing hourly payroll reports in Vantage.
    • Complete all payroll request forms and other payroll related paperwork.
    • Use payroll stubs for promotion of company programs and initiatives.
    • Streamline current payroll process (ADP / Vantage software).
    • Identify opportunities to make improvements and streamline administrative process while maintaining due dates.

    Requirements

    TALENTS & EXPERTISE

    • College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
    • Proven experience in maintaining accounting records and detailed numerical computations and reports.
    • A positive attitude toward teamwork and strong relational skills.
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks.
    • Accurate typing and attention to detail are a must.
    • High Proficiency in Accounting Programs (ERP experience is an asset) and Microsoft Office Suite and other related programs.
    • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
