The ideal candidate will show their passion in promoting and sharing the exciting news of one of our independent boutique hotel's grand opening.
This role is essential in setting this hotel up for success, as we aim to establish our unique brand presence in the Toronto market.
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting our opening hotel up for unparalleled success.
Your leadership will serve as the driving force behind our sales strategies, ensuring that we exceed revenue targets and establish a strong presence within the market.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies accordingly.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, travel agencies, and other stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals. Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Live the corporate culture, personifying it in daily interactions with both guests and team members;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong sales skill set with the ability to creatively strategize to meet goals.In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
