    Responsabilités

    En tant que Directeur des ventes aux usines chez Valmet, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'établissement et le maintien de relations de travail solides avec nos clients, en comprenant leurs besoins et en identifiant comment Valmet peut s'associer avec eux pour garantir les bonnes solutions au bon moment. Cela nécessite une solide compréhension du processus de vente et une volonté de travailler en coopération avec nos clients et avec nos experts internes pour garantir les plus hauts niveaux de service. Dans ce rôle stimulant, vous avez la responsabilité de coordonner les mises à niveau, les reconstructions, les réparations, ainsi que les pièces et services des équipements sur votre territoire spécifié. Vous aurez l'opportunité d'appliquer votre expérience en marketing et en développement de marque pour atteindre des objectifs commerciaux clés ciblés pour toutes les gammes de produits de Valmet.

    Vous serez responsable de la promotion et de la vente de l'ensemble de l'offre Valmet tout en restant activement impliqué dans la région qui vous est assignée pour bien comprendre et analyser le marché en matière de croissance des produits.

    Les responsabilités incluront des mises à jour des ventes, des projections, des réservations, les activités de proposition, les coûts et autres activités clients connexes.

    Attentes

    Vous devez détenir un baccalauréat en ingénierie, en sciences ou en commerce combiné à 5 à 10 ans d'expérience technique connexe dans divers postes d'ingénieur de machines, de gestionnaire de processus, de gestion des opérations ou de la maintenance d'une usine de pâtes et papier ou d'expérience en gestion commerciale et gestion de comptes auprès de fournisseurs desservant l'industrie des pâtes et papier. Une combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience combinée à une expérience en vente sera sérieusement envisagée.

    Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.

    Le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable d'une clientèle ayant des usines situées en Ontario, au Québec et les Maritimes, mais il pourrait être amené à changer en fonction de l'évolution de nos activités. Le candidat idéal sera situé à Montréal ou Toronto et à proximité d'un aéroport international. Étant donné que vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec vos clients, vous devrez voyager jusqu'à 75 % dans le territoire défini afin d'assurer leur satisfaction à l'égard de Valmet. Le candidat doit être autorisé à travailler au Canada et à voyager dans toute l'Amérique du Nord.

    Responsibilities

    As a Mill Sales Manager for Valmet, you play a key role in building and maintaining solid working relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and identify how Valmet can partner with them to ensure the right solutions at the right time. This requires a firm grasp of the sales process and a willingness to work cooperatively with our customers and with our internal experts to ensure the highest levels of service. In this challenging role you have the responsibility for coordination of equipment upgrades, rebuilds, repairs, and parts and services within your specified territory. You will have the opportunity to apply your experience in marketing and brand building to achieve key targeted business goals for all of Valmet's product lines.

    You will be responsible for promoting and selling entire Valmet offering while staying actively involved within your assigned region to fully understand and analyze the market for product growth.

    Responsibilities will include providing updates on sales, projections, bookings, proposal activities, costs and other related customer activities.

    Expectations

    You must have a Bachelor of Engineering, Science or Business Degree combined with 5 to 10 years related technical experience in various positions as machine engineer, process manager, paper mill operations or maintenance management or commercial and account management experience with suppliers that serve the pulp and paper industry. Equivalent combination of education and experience combined with experience in sales will be seriously considered.

    To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

    This position will have responsibility in areas covering mills in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes but could be subject to change depending on the evolution of our business. The ideal candidate will be located in Montreal and Toronto close to an international airport. Since you will work closely with your customers, travel up to 75% within your defined territory will be required to ensure their satisfaction with Valmet. Must be authorized to work in Canada including eligibility to travel throughout North America.
