    Description

    The Campus Program Recruitment Coordinator

    The Coordinator will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting for the organization's co-op/student hiring program.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Forecasts, plans, and executes the co-op/student hiring program.
    • Collaborates with internal units to forecast and consolidate co-op/student requirements for each term.
    • Manages full-cycle talent acquisition activities for each term including selection materials preparation and interview scheduling.
    • Makes recommendations to optimize program results and select qualified candidates for co-op/student roles.
    • Tracks and reports on co-op program outcomes and key performance metrics.
    • Leads student engagement and offboarding events and resolves inquiries promptly.
    • Analyzes data on a regular basis to support decision-making.
    • Represents the company at talent attraction events and recommends participation in relevant events.
    • Conducts research to enhance the co-op student program.

    Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or related field
    • 1-3 years' experience in talent acquisition support and coordination
    • Certified Human Resources Professional certification preferred
    • Postgraduate diploma in Human Resources preferred
    • General knowledge of human resources practices
    • Strong organization, planning, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Collaboration and stakeholder management skills

    Toronto Hydro offers a Hybrid Work Arrangement allowing for remote work up to three days per week, depending on business needs. Candidates must reside in Ontario and within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
