    Job Summary:

    • Lead a team providing Corporate Hospitality services such as Catering, Concierge, and Conference Services
    • Own client relationships, fostering transparency and effective communication to build strong partnerships
    • Cultivate a team culture that emphasizes inclusivity, support, and high performance
    • Require a minimum of five years of multi-unit management experience in a hospitality-related field
    • Experience in Hotel/Conference Management is advantageous
    • Hold a post-secondary degree/diploma in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent
    • Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Proven track record in fiscal management
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in food services industry
    • Must be willing to travel between sites as needed, with approximately 10 to 15% overnight travel
