    Join Our Team as a Critical Incident Response Counsellor in Calgary, Alberta

    About the Role:

    • Provide Critical Incident Response to organizational clients
    • Travel to on-site locations in Calgary region
    • Manage administrative requirements for TELUS Health's Trauma department

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in counselling, psychology, or social work
    • Registration with a recognized College or Association
    • CISM, CISD training, or EMDR certification is an advantage
    • Experience in group debriefing and counselling
    • Effective communication skills in a corporate environment
    • Flexibility to meet client needs
