    Job Description

    Reporting to the NAPA AUTOPRO Regional Director, this role focuses on:

    • Supporting active members to enhance their utilization of services, improve compliance, and boost the business of the banner
    • Driving sales growth and maximizing the sales potential of NAPA parts among banner members
    • Developing new prospects following the strategic acquisition plan

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Enhance current network members' engagement with services and programs through standardized evaluation and training
    • Plan the onboarding of new members to leverage available services and programs
    • Coordinate business development activities, ensure meeting content, and facilitate member participation
    • Conduct annual evaluations of NAPA AUTOPRO member institutions
    • Monitor sales results to NAPA AUTOPRO members within the territory
    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on program implementation
    • Ability to collaborate with sales teams, work independently, and drive business growth
    • Familiarity with the aftermarket parts industry or related experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
