    Salary: $69,872 to $87,341 annually (To commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy)
    Status: Permanent Full-Time

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our Business Intelligence & Automation team as a Design and Adoption Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of data-driven decision-making at UHN by designing visually compelling data products and implementing marketing strategies to increase and sustain adoption. Your work will be instrumental in creating a culture of decision intelligence by effectively communicating the value of data-driven insights and promoting user engagement and meaningful use.     Duties

  • Collaborate with data storytellers and product owners to prepare designs and wireframes for data products by promoting clear guidance and visual direction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements, translating them into effective design solutions that promote usability and enhance user experience.
  • Implement branding and marketing strategies to promote data products and drive user adoption, including creation of showcase materials, presentations and usage monitoring methodologies.
  • Stay informed about leading-edge design and technology trends in business intelligence & decision intelligence, incorporating relevant methodologies and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct user research and feedback session to gather insights and iterate on design solutions based on user preferences and behaviours.
  • Write user guides, training materials and infographics to support the adoption of decision intelligence tools.
  • Design and maintain the BI product catalog
  • Support data entry, data cleansing and data analysis activities.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications or related field; advanced degree considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, data visualization, and/or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
  • Experience in marketing and branding, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user engagement and adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence, decision intelligence and/or data analytics concepts and methodologies is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
