- Participate in sales forecasts and budgetary planning for service operations
- Evaluate department performance against set goals and standards
- Manage the customer service team in collaboration with the site director
- Develop and assess team performance
- Supervise technical advisory roles
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures
- Assist in complex repairs requiring manufacturer intervention
- Recommend changes to policies and procedures
- University degree or equivalent
- 5 years of customer service experience in the vehicle industry
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methods
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle conflicts
