    Payroll Administrator (4498)
    Tomlinson is Eastern Canada's leader in environmental, construction and transportation infrastructure services.

    Tomlinson is currently reviewing candidates to fill a requirement for a Payroll Administrator, this position would be based at our corporate head office at 100 CitiGate Drive.

    The successful candidate will assist in multiple financial activities relating to our bi-weekly and weekly payroll functions. This will include the timely and accurate reporting of payroll data for the company employees among other duties.
    Preparing and processing payroll for varying branches of union & non-union businesses
    Uphold detailed records and documentation of payroll functions for audit purposes, in accordance with statutory requirements
    Collaborate with the HR, Finance and other departments to ensure correct and current information
    Prepare payroll forms, such as records of employment, tax forms, and remittances
    Participate in reconciliations and audit processes
    Stay current with payroll regulations and standards
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
    Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors software would be an asset
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll
    In possession of or working towards a National Payroll Institute PCP designation or equivalent experience
    Provide reception coverage as required
