    Intellitix is a globally leading next generation event management platform offering event organizers a mobile, all-in-one solution for event ticketing, access control, cashless payments, and guest engagement. Intellitix is the backbone platform for some of the world's largest festivals.

    Who we are looking for:

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing festival event technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up sales meetings for our account executives.

    The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for:
    • Conducting outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and social media to identify potential festival organizers and decision-makers.
    • Researching and building targeted prospect lists aligned with our ideal customer profiles.
    • Effectively communicating our value proposition and gathering critical information to qualify leads.
    • Scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for account executives with qualified prospects.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and lead disposition in our CRM system.
    • Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
    • Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape.
    • All other duties as assigned.
    The successful candidate will have:
    • 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales development or lead generation role (preferably in the events/ticketing industry).
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead quotas and sales targets.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
    • Excellent prospecting and lead qualification capabilities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot ) and prospecting databases.
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
    • Basic understanding of the festival and live events industry (preferred).
