- Conducting outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and social media to identify potential festival organizers and decision-makers.
- Researching and building targeted prospect lists aligned with our ideal customer profiles.
- Effectively communicating our value proposition and gathering critical information to qualify leads.
- Scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for account executives with qualified prospects.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and lead disposition in our CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales development or lead generation role (preferably in the events/ticketing industry).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead quotas and sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
- Excellent prospecting and lead qualification capabilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot ) and prospecting databases.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of the festival and live events industry (preferred).
