    Sales Representative 2 (6-month contract)
    THE POSITION

    This role focuses on promoting NNCI products and building strong business relationships with Endocrinologists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in community and hospital settings. As a representative of Novo Nordisk, you will position the company as a key player in the healthcare market at specialty/academic centers and large community hospitals within your assigned territory and nearby areas.

    Key Areas Of Responsibility
    • Develops, implements, and updates territory business plan to drive sales with target audiences; keeps the District Business Manager informed about activities, market trends, and territory issues
    • Uses sales data to track progress and spot opportunities for growth; integrates findings into the territory plan
    • Personalizes sales calls to address the needs of targeted healthcare providers
    • Holds product education sessions within budget limits
    • Works closely with Pharmacists and community hospitals to ensure correct product usage
    • Attends conferences and seminars to promote company products, share market information, and stay updated
    • Shows leadership at National Sales meetings, District meetings, and training programs
    • Manages territory CHE and sample budgets
    • Leads by aligning with district and corporate objectives and sharing best practices
    • May be tasked by district and head office to drive regional initiatives
    • Participates in cross-functional teams as needed
    • Acts as a mentor for new hires or colleagues in need of support

    Education & Experience
    • Holds a university degree or relevant business qualifications
    • Has at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Possesses specialty pharmaceutical sales background in Toronto
    Working Conditions
    • Based in a regular home office
    • Requires significant local travel, with occasional overnight stays
