    Peninsula Co-op is a
    Vancouver Island-based co-operative with a mission to build strong communities
    approximately 470 staff, Peninsula Co-op operates 17 retail fuel and
    convenience centres, 10 liquor stores, commercial card lock and home heating
    outlets, and a full-sized food store.

    • Leads the implementation and execution
    of human resource strategies that align with the Co-op's short and long-term
