    Finance Operations Specialist, Toronto, Canada

    Using our Salesforce technology stack including Zuora, NetSuite & Tableau, you'll record, evaluate and interpret financial data to identify gaps, trends and areas of improvement which actively make LEAP even better for our people, clients and communities.

    As well as all the tools you need to turn your financial expertise into analytics and insights that evolve our business and unlock the full potential of LEAP for our clients.

    As the Finance Operations Specialist at LEAP Canada, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Accounts Payable process while also contributing to monthly accounting and management reporting tasks.

    You will be responsible for setting up metrics using Tableau and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance.


    • This is a contract based role to cover a parental leave.
    Actively manage and execute accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
    Utilize financial systems, including Mineral Tree, online banking platforms, and Excel.
    Set up accounts and payments within our online banking system and maintain banking relationships.
    Prepare annual budget as well as monthly accounting tasks, monthly reports, and process journal entries as needed.
    Set up Tableau reports using data from Sales Force and/or Zuora.
    Demonstrate familiarity with IFRS and cash-based accounting principles.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or working towards CPA qualification.
    Proven experience in accounts payable and GST reporting.
    Proficiency in Excel (intermediate); ability to adapt to new financial software and systems.
    Knowledge of monthly accounting, reporting, and journal entries processing.
    Experience with financial systems such as Mineral Tree, Tableau, Sales Force, and Zuora.
    Familiarity with cash flow forecasting tools like Float or similar.
    Understanding of IFRS and cash-based accounting principles preferred.
    Flexible working model.
