    Description

    Job Description:

    • Assumes various proposal support roles as needed to ensure timely completion of high-quality proposals, SOQs, and other materials.
    • Organizes, coordinates, and prepares interview content with limited input from Manager.
    • Develops content for presentation needs.
    • Prepares and coaches interview teams.
    • Enters and tracks opportunities and proposals in CRM.

    Capture Planning Responsibilities:

    • Facilitates workshops with internal clients.
    • Assists with client development plans and gap analysis.
    • Liaises with MARCOM staff for early input during capture planning.
    • Ensures CRM documentation is up to date.
    • Requires occasional oversight from Manager/senior level BD for client management activities.

    Requirements:

    • 4-year degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in leading AEC proposals, sales/technical presentations.
    • 2 years of supervisory experience.
    • Proficiency in capture planning concepts and best practices.
    • Superior organizational and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
