    Training Facilitator - People and Culture

    Inclusive work culture:

    We're looking for candidates who not only have the necessary skills and experience but also align with our culture of inclusivity, resourcefulness, and community engagement.

    Provide accurate and timely training for all employees working throughout the Distribution Centre.
    Train new and existing employees on warehouse merchandising system menus (computer and RF applications)
    Train Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel to users for report creation and data gathering.
    Assist with and facilitate group training sessions (e.g. equipment operation training, building maintenance, etc.)
    Maintain training records for all employees.
    Assist with health and safety training programs (fire drills, monthly inspections, etc.)
    8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
    Office and Distribution Centre
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
