    Responsibilities

    Financial Planning: Lead the strategic planning and execution of financial goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

    Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.

    Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

    Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and streamlining processes.

    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of compliance and ethical conduct.


    Requirement

    Licensing: Active Alberta Insurance License is Required

    Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a background in management and leadership roles.

    Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team building and development.

    Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.

    Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.

    Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
