    Responsibilities of the IT Helpdesk role include:

    • Providing support for hardware, software, and connectivity
    • Responding to internal employee requests
    • Managing user accounts and software subscriptions
    • Assisting other departments as needed
    • Maintaining asset inventory
    • Identifying and escalating issues
    • Continuously updating skills in relevant technologies

    The IT Helpdesk Technician role offers flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and may require after-hours support.

    Requirements:

    • Valid RAIC holder or ability to obtain Transport Security Clearance
    • Clean criminal record
    • 1-3 years' experience in a Technical Help Desk role
    • Relevant diploma or equivalent work experience
    • Certifications in MCSA, A+, and Network+
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team
    • Experience with various technologies including Windows, Active Directory, iOS, Android, and more
