    Your Opportunity

    Our Vancouver office is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional to join the Tax team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support to a team of Partners and professionals
  • Deadline Management
  • Manage Client Deliverables including, but not limited to, T1 (personal federal and provincial taxes) forms and T2 forms (corporate federal and provincial taxes) from assembly to efile
  • Maintain Partners' billing records
  • Plan and organize internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings
  • Provide leadership and training to Junior Administrative staff
  • Oversee CRM software

    • Your experience and education

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in an administrative position. Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
  • You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
