- Assist users with computer software or hardware-related issues of varying complexity levels
- Address customer queries through incoming calls
- Execute commands and monitor system operations to ensure accuracy and identify errors
- Keep track of daily data transactions, troubleshooting activities, and installation tasks
- Refer to technical manuals, engage with users, and perform computer diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Proficiency in English/Spanish
- 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience
- 1-3 Years of browser problem-solving expertise
- Familiarity with software applications like configuration management tools, desktop communication software, and operating systems
- Prior experience in Help Desk or Contact Center roles
- Background in Technical Help Desk Support
