    Description

    Helpdesk / Technical Support

    Location:
    Scarborough, ON - Hybrid - 2 weeks training onsite - 2 days onsite per month
    Contract Length: 12 Months with possibility of extension.

    We at Raise are looking for a Helpdesk / Technical Support professional for one of our valued clients. As they continue to solidify their position as a top player in the industry, they are gearing up to grow their team to meet increasing demand.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist users with computer software or hardware-related issues of varying complexity levels
    • Address customer queries through incoming calls
    • Execute commands and monitor system operations to ensure accuracy and identify errors
    • Keep track of daily data transactions, troubleshooting activities, and installation tasks
    • Refer to technical manuals, engage with users, and perform computer diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve issues

    Must Haves:
    • Proficiency in English/Spanish
    • 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience
    • 1-3 Years of browser problem-solving expertise
    • Familiarity with software applications like configuration management tools, desktop communication software, and operating systems

    Nice to Have:
    • Prior experience in Help Desk or Contact Center roles
    • Background in Technical Help Desk Support
