    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing technical advice and guidance.


    The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a technical support role.

    They should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as experience with various software applications, is also required.

    We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
