In my previous professional experience, I served as a Senior Associate-Merchant Operations at Paytm One97 Communication Services Pvt Ltd from September 2021 to April 2023. In this role, I provided education to clients on account services, resolved inquiries related to statements and account balances, and addressed concerns and complaints promptly. I also coordinated client compliance and due diligence requests, provided technical assistance to merchants for payouts and settlements, and ensured accurate transaction execution and compliance with service level agreements.

Prior to that, I worked as a Relationship Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd from January 2021 to September 2021. In this role, I analyzed clients' financial statements, generated new business and referral clients, conducted compliance monitoring, and resolved customer issues by providing suitable banking solutions.

I also have experience as a Relationship Manager at Punjab National Bank MetLife India Insurance Co Ltd from October 2019 to January 2021. In this role, I utilized prospecting techniques to identify potential clients, analyzed customer profiles, achieved outstanding sales results, and proactively addressed customer issues while demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
