- Assist project managers and team members with administrative tasks, such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, ensuring all parties are properly notified and updated.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related correspondence, including memos, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support project scheduling and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and organized project files and records, both in physical and digital formats.
- Graduate student from the Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technology is required
- Proven experience in administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
