    Description
    Bilingual Project Administrator
    Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Project Administrator. This is a 7-month Onsite contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. This role is with one of our public sector client based in Ottawa. The successful candidate must have a valid Reliability Security Clearance.
    The Bilingual Project Administrator will have the following responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and provide training for the new CAF National Cycle 4 weeks menus in both official languages;
  • Lease and conduct meeting with base kitchens manager and staff to review and discuss the Production Control Chart format. Need to confirm that we have all required fields to capture all required details to produce the menus and recipes;
  • Costing of all Recipes and Menus;
  • Review business requirements for the development of the new modules Menus, Recipes and Production Control Chart that will be incorporate in the Food Service Performance Measurement System;
  • Conduct functional testing of the new modules within the Food Service Performance Measurement System;
  • Create video PowerPoints that explain how to view, edit and enter Menus and Recipes in the Food Service System in both official language;
  • Create video PowerPoints that explain how to view, edit and enter PCC in the Food Service System in both official language;
  • Create video PowerPoints that explain each reports that we will have in the system in both official language;The Bilingual Project Administrator must meet the following mandatory requirements:
  • Must clearly demonstrate 2 years' experience within the past 5 years developing, maintaining and providing training for an enterprise food services application;
  • Must clearly demonstrate 1 years' experience within the past 3 years within a Government of Canada environment.
  • Must hold a valid Reliability organization security clearance;
