    Director, People & Culture, your primary focus will be supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, pipelining, and screening for high-quality candidates and assisting all stages of our recruitment process.

    Supporting People & Culture administration and payroll execution, you will lend a hand in support of the total P&C team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen on building their career in recruitment and HR.


    What You'll be Doing:
    Recruitment & Sourcing (70%)Source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.
    Screen resumes and profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role.
    People & Culture Administration (30%)Communicate team updates including new hires, departures, and promotions.
    Maintain accurate training & development records for all employees.
    Administer bi-weekly payroll payments via ADP Workforce Now.
    Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology).Award-winning company culture.
    Exciting social events and Employee Recognition Program.
