    Who you are:

    The marketing automation engineer will help organizations drive value from their marketing automation platforms, supporting the ongoing management and configuration of the software. This is a client facing role that will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including marketers, designers, database engineers, and developers.

    What you'll do:

  • Documenting, testing and building Journeys, Emails, Campaigns, Data Extensions and other requirements and configuration needs the client may have.
  • Support the collection of requirements, issue logging, and supportive documentation
  • Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking, helping align with best practices integral to the project's success.
  • Provide day-to-day communication with Slalom project team and client via preferred communication channel (Email, JIRA, GSuite, Microsoft Notes, etc)

    • What you'll bring:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 2-3 years of experience building, testing and executing end-to-end Marketing Automation campaigns and related activities.
  • At least two years professional experience in-house, a consulting firm, or similar organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to support project delivery via telecommunications
  • Ideally certified or willing to get certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • The ideal candidate relishes the challenge of building complex marketing automation programs and has a passion for learning and executing the latest digital marketing strategies.

    Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements

  • Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $84,000 to $103,000. In addition, there is potential for a 8% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
