Responsibilities:
· Assist in the implementation and ongoing administration of new and existing business.
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
· Respond to customers and clients regarding various insurance inquiries.
· Clerical duties (ie: photocopying, scanning, printing, mail, etc.).
· Regularly maintain client files using company CRM.
· Manage and maintain departmental documents.
· Utilization of quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom and DocuSign.
· Continuous learning to keep up-to-date in the ever changing life insurance industry.
Requirements
Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
· High level of professionalism and attention to always providing a positive member experience.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Entrepreneurial nature with a pro-active attitude and desire to contribute to business growth.
· A willingness to learn and demonstrates excitement about the opportunity to build a career in the life/group benefits insurance industry. Training will be provided
· University or college degree is preferred.
· Excellent computer skills.
· A valid life insurance license in Ontario is preferred but not a requirement.
