- Under the guidance of senior team members, assist in providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Learn to troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
- Support senior team members in gathering requirements and implementing basic customizations and enhancements.
- Learn to perform basic system administration tasks within the Microsoft Cloud Platform, such as user management and security configuration.
- Assist in conducting training sessions and creating documentation to educate users on Microsoft Cloud Platform functionality and best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) or Power Platform (e.g., PL-900) are a plus but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform is required.
- The ability to solve complex problems calmly and logically.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects by prioritizing and planning work activities using time efficiently.
- Effective English language communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with internal staff professionally and external users.
