    Titre : Associé(e) senior en soutien au commerce

    Statut : Permanent, Temps plein

    Salaire: $95,000

    Lieu : Centre-ville de Montréal, Québec - Hybride 3 jours au bureau

    Notre client est une institution bancaire et financière internationale dont les divisions sont situées en Amérique, en Europe, en Asie et au Moyen-Orient. Ils établissent leur premier bureau canadien et s'attendent à une croissance exponentielle.

    Ils recherchent un(e) associé(e) senior en soutien au commerce pour rejoindre leur nouvelle équipe.

    Vos responsabilités

    • Comparaison opportune des transactions pour les activités de repo du Trésor américain (T+0) et de trading au comptant du Trésor (T+1) éligibles à la FED en utilisant les applications Sungard/FIS STN et DTCC RTTM (Real-Time Trade Matching).
    • Doit avoir une connaissance approfondie du processus de comparaison des titres à revenu fixe (repo et trading au comptant), en traitant avec les courtiers, les courtiers et les participants au marché lors de la confirmation intrajournalière.
    • Signalez tous les avis sans correspondance au middle office et à l'équipe de trading pour rapprochement ou nouvelle réservation.
    • Effectuer les responsabilités de saisie des données, les corrections commerciales et le rapprochement des positions de stock et des activités du compte de prix moyen.
    • Connaissance des feuilles de contrats OTC, des actions, des options, des titres étrangers et éligibles à Euroclear.
    • Rapprochement des allocations clients en retard, des positions des comptes d'attente et des rejets de transactions.
    • Contacts téléphoniques intensifs avec les traders, le personnel du mid et du back office, appelant et confirmant les transactions en attente et sans correspondance pour garantir un règlement en temps opportun.
    • Connaissance des fonctions de caisse, des mouvements de journaux, du rapprochement des registres de stocks et des pratiques de règlement international.
    • Support quotidien des comptes de compensation et d'exécution correspondants de CA. Veiller à ce que toutes les demandes des clients (c'est-à-dire l'état des transactions et les demandes de renseignements, les confirmations et les réimpressions des relevés, les informations sur les dividendes/opérations sur titres) soient traitées rapidement. Doit avoir une connaissance des marchés commerciaux et de leurs pratiques de règlement pour soutenir notre clientèle croissante.

    Compétences

    • Diplôme universitaire
    • 5 ans d'expérience dans le traitement des dividendes/réorganisations/opérations sur titres dans le back-office des marchés de capitaux
    • Connaissance des produits et activités financiers du marché des capitaux
    • Connaissance du traitement et des enjeux du Front to Back bancaire
    • Une personne entreprenante et très motivée.
    • Bonnes compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et relationnelles
    • Adaptable et flexible
    • Doit être autonome, doté d'excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et être capable de travailler sous pression.
    • Doit être prêt à travailler quotidiennement avec le personnel commercial et les vendeurs.
    • Maîtrise d'Excel & Power Point. Connaissance du système DTCC et Sungard FIS Phase3 préférée ; DTCC, FEDWIRE ; Euroclear et Clearstream.
