    Application Deadline:

    Customer Shared Services Delivers an exceptional customer experience for a defined portfolio of high risk borrowing accounts by supporting the management and administration of the accounts.

    Ensures all reports, entries, monitoring systems and other requirements are executed and maintained timely and accurately. Ensures compliance with all Bank Policy & Procedures and standards. Advises stakeholders of risk related issues and escalates as required.
    Coordinates and schedules work, forecasts resource requirements, monitors work quality, trains staff, researches and resolves problems.
    Prepares, renews and monitors securities documentation for account / transaction requirements.
    Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
    Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.

    Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; Typically between 2 – 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Commercial Lending Product knowledge - Good.

    This position requires proficiency in English to interact, support and/or provide services to non-French speaking customers, employees and/or partners inside and/or outside the province of Quebec.

    Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
