- Implement Sienna's suite and building renovation program across the portfolio managing to standards, budgets and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to standards specification and support sourcing of materials, vendors and contractors to facilitate program success and alignment to organizational expectations.
- Identify and hire local contractors for renovation and construction work, negotiate contracts, and oversee work to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Manage renovation activity on behalf of properties to ensure consistency in expectation and approach with the goal of minimizing operational disruption and bringing suites to rental standard in an expedited manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute the program and collaborate with property leaders to schedule activities ensuring resident safety and comfort.
- Establish tracking and reporting protocols on program activities addressing progress, expenditures and quality while identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
- Develop and implement a broader strategic renovation program to support currency and competitiveness of assets within markets.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Have relevant education and formal experience in asset management, architecture, interior design, process improvement, construction, real estate or other with demonstrated experience in project management.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the design and asset management of hospitality with multi-residential, retirement and long-term care being of benefit.
- Posses working knowledge of construction contracts, methods and materials.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, construction trades and others in and outside of a corporate setting
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to use Bluebeam and AutoCad software is a bonus.

As the Project Manager, Strategic Renovations, your role is pivotal in upholding Sienna's renovation program across both retirement and long-term care portfolios.
