    Description
    Our client, a reputable full-service firm, is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk.

    With a team of top-tier lawyers and professionals, the firm is committed to delivering exceptional results and innovative solutions in the field of Commercial Real Estate.


    Manage and coordinate commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, including purchases, sales, leases, and financings
    Draft and review legal documents, including agreements of purchase and sale, leases, closing documents, and title searches
    Conduct due diligence investigations and review of title, survey, and other related documents
    Assist with file management, organization, and maintenance, including tracking deadlines and key dates
    Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry trends affecting commercial real estate transactions

    The firm offers a competitive compensation package ranging between $100,000 - $130,000, a flexible hybrid remote arrangement, and fantastic benefits.

    Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk
    Proficiency in handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and managing closing processes
    Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to commercial real estate
    Proficiency in legal software and technology relevant to commercial real estate practice
