Key responsibilities:

- Conduct advanced technical troubleshooting to assist customers with internet/network connectivity and email-related issues
- Ensure outstanding customer service through courteous, knowledgeable, and professional interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and escalate technical issues as needed, such as Channel Support and Network Operations
- Document and prioritize trouble tickets and technical concerns on customer accounts
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical troubleshooting for Xplore products and stay updated on technological advancements

Desired qualifications:

- Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with strategies, tools, and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical challenges
- Previous customer service background is advantageous
- Proficient computer and troubleshooting skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems; familiarity with MAC and/or Linux is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers in technical and non-technical terms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational capabilities
- Adherence to guidelines with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingualism is an advantage (French/English)
