    Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving results and building lasting relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients' team as a National Sales Manager to manage the Canada territory for an Industrial Automation Component Manufacturing Company.

    Our client has been at the forefront of industrial automation for over 90 years. Their commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has solidified their position as a leader in the industry.

    They sell automation technology products through distribution channels and directly to OEMs, helping businesses optimize their operations and achieve their goals.

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the Canadian territory.
    Manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maximize their potential and performance.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industrial controls or automation components, such as sensors, switches, controls, relays, etc.

    Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze financial data, develop strategic plans, and make data-driven decisions.
    Competitive base salary, commission, bonus, and car allowance, plus comprehensive benefits package.
