    Description
    Join a pioneering biotech company specializing in regenerative medicine as a Senior or Principal Scientist for their Translational Biology team located in Montreal, Canada


    Responsibilities:


    Lead preclinical studies to establish scientific rationale for progression to human trials, encompassing safety, efficacy, and mechanism of action investigations using clinically relevant in vitro and in vivo models.

    Identify, select, and oversee Contract Research Organizations (CROs) for the execution of small and large animal GLP safety studies, including drafting protocols and managing study conduct.

    in Biological Sciences, Stem Cell Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in preclinical development.

    Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting the development of cell therapies, along with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
