    Description
    Agency , a marketing agency specialized in crafting bespoke web and marketing solutions tailored for Canadian automotive dealerships.
    We're on the lookout for a bilingual manager to spearhead our team of application specialists .

    Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll have the exciting opportunity to establish and mold this new department , pivotal in managing and processing interdepartmental requests.

    Your exceptional communication prowess, adept problem-solving skills, natural leadership abilities, and solid technical background will be instrumental in driving success in this role.

    Implement a robust framework to facilitate seamless management of direct interactions (such as calls and meetings) with our valued clients.

    Collaborate closely with diverse Product Owners (POs) to facilitate ongoing training sessions on product enhancements and updates.

    Oversee meticulous analysis, documentation, and prioritization of tickets by the team prior to their handover to the technical units.

    Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
    Demonstrated natural leadership qualities with a capacity to perform under pressure.
