Type of Employment: Full-Time, permanent, 6-days a week; Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Additional hours may be required, depending on workload and priorities.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Effectively process and manage customer orders from the time they are received until the product ships, utilizing internal computer and manual tracking systems
Provide support in managing e-commerce transactions.
Monitor inventory levels.
Track customer orders through delivery.
Ensure special customer requirements are accurate, current and noted on orders.
Work effectively with sales personnel to resolve any issues or disparities regarding shipments.
Implement quick decisions and problem solving in sudden and unplanned situations that can occur in produce sales and production.
Provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on process improvement and contribution to improving teamwork and workflow.
Represent Mucci Group in an ethical and professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers and customers.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

College diploma in business or administrative studies is preferred.
3-5 years' experience in an administrative or sales support role with a focus on customer service and data entry.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and to reprioritize tasks on a daily basis.
Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral and spoken) in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook and I-Trade and Famous.
Excellent documentation, communication, computer and time management skills.

Physical Abilities:

Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs.
Must be able to lift material regularly up to 14 kg / 30 lbs; and occasionally up to 23 kg / 50lbs
Must be able to climb stairs and stand on feet for an extended period of time.
Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 13 ̊C / 55 ̊F.
