    Working closely with the Vice-President of Production, the PixMob Academy Manager focuses on building and managing the PixMob Academy for Lighting Programmers and other technical talents. Accordingly, this person needs to identify, develop, and put in place all the work organization, required technology and contents required to develop, promote, and sustain cohorts of Lighting Programmers. As PixMob Academy Manager, this person will be responsible for the development and sustainment of an excellent network with colleges and universities.

    The main responsibilities for this position are the following:

  • Design the Academy platform workflow & content structure.
  • Prepare the budgets and make requests for grants whenever possible.
  • Assure all the administrative activities for the Academy ( Cohort lists, 1% law, KPI, etc.).
  • Collaborate with IT to put in place all the required technology.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the courses are updated with the technology being developed.
  • Control and follow the quality of the training provided.
  • Manage the certification and cohort organization.
  • Organize and follow the Cohort recruitment and potential candidates' network.
  • Develop a communication plan with the Brand Management and Marketing Team to attract potential academicians.
  • Manage continuing education content strategy
  • Organize technical summits
  • Develop a solid network with the Colleges and Universities

    • Competencies and requirements for this position:

  • Bachelor Degree in an appropriate field of study
  • 5 to 8 years of related experience in management and continuous training
  • Experience in the development and organization of a training center in a technological environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in recent training technologies and platforms
  • Very good knowledge of Google tools or Microsoft
  • Bilingual ( French & English)
  • Very organized, autonomous and capable of innovation
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • This position is based at Montreal's Headquarters
