    Temporary Position 10 Month

    Reporting to the Manager Behaviour Analytic Services, the incumbent will work as a member of an interdisciplinary team that provides support and professional development to school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians with respect to Applied Behaviour Analysistic (ABA) practice, behavioural support strategies, functional behaviour assessments, behaviour support plans, and/or safe intervention plans.

    Develop and support the implementation of comprehensive intervention plans for students ranging from preschool to high school; Develop appropriate data collection techniques.

    Facilitate communication between interdisciplinary team, including staff, parents/guardians, and/or community agencies.

    Develop and facilitate professional development to educators in the school regarding the use and application of applied behaviour analysis strategies in the classroom.

    Collect, summarize and analyze data related to the implementation of strategies, behaviour support plans, and safe intervention plans that may be communicated to internal and external stakeholders.

    Masters Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Applied Disability Studies, or Developmental Disabilities
    Minimum two (2) years experience designing and implementing applied behaviour analysis programs for children and youth with challenging or at risk behaviour
    Demonstrated practical experience in the field of behavior analysis
    A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
