    Description
    Due to significant growth, our client is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. If you have previous project coordination experience, are able to communicate effectively in both official languages and enjoy seeing project from start to finish, this might be the job for you

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in project coordination
    • Must be bilingual (English and French)
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Tech savvy
    • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
    • A clean criminal record
    • Own vehicle as not on public transit route

    Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Assist the Project Manager with coordination and administration support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Review drawings to understand project specifications
    • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate the delivery of materials and parts
    • Assist with creation of project schedules based on available resources
    • Coordinate maintenance service calls with Technicians and subcontractors
    • Act as one of the main points of contact for clients and liaison with the production and engineering teams
    • Draft progress reports at various stages of the projects to provide to management and clients
    • Update data into MS Project to ensure it's always accurate and up to date
    • Other duties as assigned

    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

    Wage:
    $33.65 to $40.87 per hour ($70,000 - $85,000 per year) depending on experience
